eat and exercise right. when you eat those carbs herbal is talking about, stick to complex carbs like dark bread and pasta. for the weights... in order to get more mass (instead of getting ripped), then you'll want to do higher weights with lower reps... without killing yourself, of course! so instead of say 15 reps of 10pound weights, take the 8 reps of the 15pound weights. be careful not to go over your physical limit... it should never hurt, just burn a little.
